Paulo Coelho is placed firmly in our authors top 5 due to his fight for piracy. Mister Coelho had another trick up his sleeve by making all (except the Alchemist) his e-books priced just one USD. And guess what? Sales sky-rocked on Amazon.

And damn, that man knows how to put an e-card together.
